1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (individually or on behalf of an organization) and Beezifi Inc. ("Beezifi", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the Beezifi team communication platform, including all associated software, APIs, real-time messaging infrastructure, and documentation (collectively, the "Service").
By clicking "Create Account," "Get Started," accessing the Service, or otherwise using any part of it, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
Beezifi is a multi-tenant team communication platform. The Service provides organizations with isolated workspaces for real-time messaging, threaded conversations, public and private channels, direct messages, file sharing, webhook integrations, built-in documentation, and team member management.
The Service is provided on a subscription basis with pricing as described in Section 5 and on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Account Registration & Workspaces
Account Creation
To use the Service, you must register with a valid email address and create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep that information up to date.
Workspace Creation
After registering, you may create one or more workspaces. Each workspace has a unique name and slug identifier. The user who creates a workspace is designated the "owner" and holds the highest level of administrative privileges.
Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account and any workspaces you administer
- Notifying us immediately at security@beezifi.com if you suspect unauthorized access
- Ensuring that all users within your workspace comply with these Terms
We recommend enabling TOTP two-factor authentication for all administrator accounts. This setting is available in Account Settings โ Security.
One Workspace Per Organization
Creating multiple workspaces to circumvent member limits or billing is prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
- Store, process, or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other workspaces, or our infrastructure
- Conduct penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, or load testing without prior written consent from Beezifi
- Introduce malware, viruses, or any malicious code via messages, file uploads, or webhooks
- Harvest or scrape data from the Service using automated means
- Resell, sublicense, or offer the Service as a white-label product without a written reseller agreement
- Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages (spam)
- Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation
We reserve the right to investigate and take action, including immediate suspension, in response to any suspected violation of this section.
5. Subscription & Billing
Plans & Pricing
The Service is offered under the following tiers. All paid plans include the full feature set โ pricing reflects the number of members in your workspace.

Billing Cycle
Each payment grants 30 days of access from the date of payment. To maintain uninterrupted access, you must pay before the current access period expires. There is no automatic recurring subscription โ you control when you pay and extend access. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
Payment Failure
If a payment cannot be processed, your workspace will enter a read-only grace period. Data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
Plan Changes
You may change your plan at any time from Settings โ Billing. Plan upgrades take effect immediately upon payment. Plan changes apply to the next payment period.
Taxes
Prices listed do not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for any sales, use, value-added, or similar taxes imposed by your jurisdiction.
6. Free Tier
Beezifi offers a permanently free tier supporting up to 4 members (the workspace owner plus 3 invited members). The Free tier includes the full feature set with no time limit and requires no credit card.
There is no trial period that expires. The Free tier is a permanent offering. You only need to upgrade when your team grows beyond 4 members.
If you exceed the member limit of your current plan, you will be prompted to upgrade before additional members can be added. Existing members retain access during any plan transition period.
7. Intellectual Property
Beezifi's IP
The Service, including all software, designs, trademarks, logos, and documentation, is owned by Beezifi Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of Beezifi's intellectual property to you.
License to Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Beezifi grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes during the subscription term.
Your Content
You retain full ownership of all messages, files, documents, and other content you create or upload to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant Beezifi a limited license to store, process, and deliver Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you. This license terminates when your workspace is deleted.
8. Your Data
You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of all data you store in your workspace. Beezifi acts as a data processor with respect to any personal data you enter, and you are the data controller.
We will not access your workspace data except:
- As necessary to provide technical support you have explicitly requested
- To investigate security incidents or suspected violations of these Terms
- As required by law or court order
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of critical data. While we operate reliable infrastructure, we do not guarantee against data loss. We recommend periodically exporting important content for business-critical records.
9. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep confidential all non-public information received from the other party that is designated as confidential or that reasonably should be understood to be confidential given the nature of the information. Beezifi will treat your workspace data as confidential information and will not disclose it to third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
10. Suspension & Termination
By You
You may stop using the Service at any time. If you are on a paid plan, your access continues until the end of the current 30-day access period. After that period, your workspace enters a 30-day data retention window during which you may export your data. After 30 days of inactivity, workspace data is permanently deleted.
By Beezifi
We may suspend or terminate your workspace immediately, without prior notice, if:
- You materially breach these Terms and fail to cure within 7 days of written notice
- Your workspace is engaged in illegal activity or poses a security risk to our infrastructure or other users
- We are required to do so by law or legal process
Upon termination for cause, we reserve the right to permanently delete your workspace data without the standard 30-day grace period.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Sections 7 (Intellectual Property), 9 (Confidentiality), 11 (Disclaimer), 12 (Limitation of Liability), 13 (Indemnification), and 14 (Governing Law) survive termination.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY. BEEZIFI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
You acknowledge that your use of the Service is at your sole risk. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific business requirements or that real-time message delivery will be uninterrupted under all network conditions.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BEEZIFI INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
In no event shall Beezifi's total cumulative liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Beezifi Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) Your Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
14. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Beezifi Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Class action lawsuits and class-wide arbitration are waived to the extent permitted by law.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' written notice to the workspace admin email on file. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.
